"I am not a big fan of salmon at the best of times, but this bag made some absolutely fantastic Atlantic salmon tonight! It was quick and easy to use on the barbeque, although they aren’t kidding when they say to use oven mitts when handling it the bag; it’s hot! Both the thick and thin parts of the fish were equally cooked and all was wonderfully moist. The smoky flavour was nice without being overpowering. We’ll definitely pick some more of these bags up this weekend!"
