Very Good

Date:March 27, 2012
"Purchased this fryer on ridiculously good sale 72% off at Canadian Tire. First impressions: Fryer has a good weight, a bit of assembly required (15-20 minutes). Bought last one in the area as they were sold out in over 15 stores.
Has a appealing look to it, although mine had some nicks and minor scratches, it didn't bother me since eventualy all of them will look the same after use.
Heats very well, cooks even better. Cooking time is much quicker than in the stove, and taking cooking on the patio, it doesn't stink up the house or heat up the kitchen in the summer, versus cooking in the oven.
Money well spend, and it's much healthier to cook without grease/oil.
Strongly suggest this item.

Worth every penny

Date:March 19, 2011
"This is the best turkey fryer by far than any thing on the market for all cuts of meat and smoking or bbqing also. For the health conscience family, this is the way to cook, oilless. I have cooked to date bone in ham,turkey(16lb.), whole chicken, chicken legs, wings and pork leg and loin roasts, and I've smoked fish and jerky. With other 10in. grates placed in the basket it is easy to cook 10lbs of wings."

Great cooker

Date:July 21, 2010
"Product does exactly as advertised. Followed instructions to the letter for assembly, unit preparation and cooking with no issues. Food quality was excellent and took less time than a conventional oven. Small issue with hardware when assembling as some of the holes did not line up with the screws, nothing major. Called help line as well and rep was quite helpful and was aware of the product."

What a great item

Date:January 2, 2010
"I asked my daughter to buy me a turkey deep fryer for christmas ,when I received this item I was very unsure about it,after using it for the first time will some worry ,The results were excellant ,just think the turkey was not cooking in all that fat in the pan in the oven it infact was crispy and not dry in the inside and took about half the time to cook. With the power now days being so high, well propane is resonable. In one week I have cooked 3 16-18 lbs turkrys in it and everyone turned out excellant."
