Great until...the batteries die

Date:June 20, 2016
" My daughter had a great time on this scooter last summer. We maintained the battery as directed in the owners manual, brought the scooter in the house for the winter, charged it again before using it this year and nothing. The scooter went 100 meters down the road and died, we charged it again, same thing, it appears the battery is done. Razor USA has replacements on line but the price of the batteries, shipping, duty and exchange makes it not worth replacing. Why aren't replacements available at Canadian since they sell them and apparently these batteries aren't meant to last. My daughter is heartbroken. "

Don't buy this product

Date:March 21, 2013
" This scooter was fun and fast for a year of moderate use, then the batteries gave out. Replacements are near impossible to find, expensive and require a soldering iron to replace.
Bottom line, a great scooter if you want to buy a new one every year.

Not worth the money

Date:March 28, 2012
" Bought one of these E100's, batteries eventually wear out and won't hold a charge. Can only buy thrus US dealers. 2 Batteries @$35.00 each US money plus shipping plus duty makes it too costly. Why don't these retailers stock parts or have the Canadian subsiduary stock parts. Razor Canada only sells products can't or won't stock parts. Why would any one else want to buy a headache. Time to educate these retailers by not buying unless made in Canada. "

Bad Investment

Date:July 30, 2007
" Hi, I bought my electric scooter not to long ago and it has turned out to be one of the worst investments that I have ever made. At first it is great then once water touches the chain and what not it starts to get rusty and then from there on out it has been an absoulte nightmirror. I highly recommend that you do not waste your money on this scooter. "
