"purchased this product and i have to say i am very pleased with it.. i cant really say how how the durability is since i only purchased this recently but im using it with 15 pounds and i have no complaints or concerns... the product offers a great forearm workout... i would recommend this product to anyone that is serious about weight lifting and getting in shape..."

Great forearm builder

"Great quality product! I originally made a similar forearm exerciser from a dowel, nylon rope and duct tape, and didn't realize this product was available.... obviously much better alternative.... can feel the heat in forearms after only a few mins. I use a 5 lb weight for now, but it's great that you can add as much as you want, unlike fix forearm exercise products!"
