For Idea weather only

Date:August 6, 2012
"After reading all the comments, I actually thought I was getting a shelter that could be used in for Camping. I took this out for the first time this weekend. Quality wise it is impressive. Usually you need to water protect these things against the rain but this was already treated for the rain. So setting this thing up alone is next to impossible.
We actually had to take this down during the day as it kept collapsing. It was well anchored at all possible places. I made sure because it's very flimsy to start with. Very disappointed in this shelter, there is no way this thing would actually stay up in a little breeze so if you want a shelter that is only good for sun with 0 wind its a great shelter, but if your camping and you get this shelter for somewhere to go when it is raining with a little wind this shelter will not stay up. Don't wast money on this shelter."

No Fun to Set Up

Date:August 2, 2012
"After setting this screen house up once, I decided I wouldn't want to start any camping trip by setting it up.
The poles don't lock into the places they go, so they were constantly popping apart during setup. One of the plastic elbows went over a neighbouring fence because of this. There is a top piece to hold the poles in place, then a fiberglass pole, then a plastic elbow and then a metal pole. Trying to manage all those pieces on both sides while putting this up is too much.
Setup time was about 20 minutes, but it was too frustrating so we returned it to Canadian Tire who was kind enough to take it back.
The quality seems good and once it is standing it can stand fairly well on its own. It would need to be tied off if there is more than a gentle breeze though.
The house had doors on three sides for easy access and it was very nice and spacious."

Great Screen House

Date:July 26, 2012
"I have now used this a couple of times and on our most recent camping trip it was exposed to a fair amount of rain. I have been extremely satisfied with this screen house.
It is easy to set up, I have done it on my own however it is easier with two people. It stood up well to rain; the sides are slightly slanted however there are little hoods of fabric that helped to bring the rain away from the screen. Some rain did come through, however compared to other ones I have tried I was happy with how it stood up.
I was actually surprised that it held up to the promise of keeping the air cooler; it really was a couple degrees cooler under the screen. I was thrilled with this, as sometimes they can become ovens.
Overall I have been very happy with this purchase and I believe it is one of the better screen houses on the market.

Pretty good!

Date:July 8, 2012
"I've not used it yet but I have done the setting up (requires being set up right away and wetted down and left up for a couple days to "condition it".)
I successfully set it up by myself - I don't think it would be a problem unless you wanted it up in a super hurry or maybe if it was windy or something... I put the top part together, then put the vertical poles in and snapped the side clips on those poles, got under it and pushed up to make the roof pop up the right way (was bowl-like at first) and then went about inserting the pins into the vertical poles. I think the clips midway doen the poles helped.
It seems to be good quality and thoughtfully made compared to some and it's a great size. It goes down all the way and includes a little bug skirt. It comes with guy lines for better battening it down and it does seem cooler underneath it and that is definitely a plus."

Best I have found so far.

"Stood up to some very high winds that would have flattened similar screen houses with fibre glass side poles. There is lots of room for picnic table and BBQ. This needs two people to set up."
