DONOT buy this product. Very poor quality

"Bought 3 sets. 2 for own use and 1 for gift. On first travel one wheel of a hand carry was broken. The weight of hand carry was 8 Kg. Bottom handle of one of the suitcases broke and wheel of second suitcase also broke. The weight both suitcases was 22 Kg. Very poor quality."

"Had this luggage for Christmas, went to Mexico with the large piece, I pulled my back out the wheels did not roll. it was a real nuisance. I did not notice until I tried to use it and too late to change.
Canadian Tire will probably not replace it as it was a Gift and I dont have receipt, although it says its guaranteed for 2 years."

"We have just returned from a 7 day trip and the this was the first time the luggage had been used. By the time we did a transfer of flights, the luggage( large case - 35 lbs in each) was rolling like a sack of bricks. In the store it performed wonderfully when empty, but once subjected to real life, the wheels/rollers bowed out and were rubbing constantly giving the case a mind of it's own and the way it wanted to go.
As a side note, the carry on has only 1 handle for carrying upright, but it would be night to have on on the side to carry in the horizontal position.
We did buy the set on sale and will try to return it."

"We purchased this set for my husband who travels to the alberta oil sands from newfoundland, so every 21 days this luggage goes from one end of the country to the other and back again. It has helled up well, we have had it over a yeat now so thats 12 trips or more with it and it is still in good shape. the great thing is that it is expandable and also had 360 swivel wheels which makes it much easier to travel with. Definately would get this set again if we needed a new set of luggage"

Fell Apart at Airport

"This was the worst luggage we have ever purchased. The handle fell apart when we landed on our very first use and the fabric was torn in multiple spots. We only took one flight, no connections and had only used the luggage once. I would not recommend this to anyone. Please find a better set of luggage that is worth the money."
