"Finally a alkaline battery charger made widely available, just remember the key to charging alkaline batteries is to not draw them down low, simply go through your home once every few months and charge your batteries all at once whether you feel they need it or not. Alkalines have no memory effect so charge often for best results. Note: the instuctions don't indicate you can charge 9 volts but you can with fairly good success also, but again they even more than others need to be topped up ofen when they go down to say 8 volts, as a 9 volt battery is designed with many cells in series and harder to charge a cell in the middle of the series. Good luck."
