"This is an attractive looking little unit. It hides the plunger away out of sight, and once you get the hang of it, you can remove and insert the plunger to and from the base without having to touch the base itself.
I did have one of them break on me, and I ended up buying another because I liked it so much. The rubber plunger part broke off where it attaches to the handle. I've had no problems with the replacement, or the one I have in the other bathroom.
If the plunger gets used, it would be a good idea to clean the interior of the base unit every so often. The only way to do this, is to rinse it in the shower with very hot water, then spray some bathroom cleaner inside and let it sit for a short while. Then you can rinse it out in the shower again with very hot water. If you have a shower head with a powerful jet setting, that would work best."
