Very useful
Date:September 23, 2011
"Used it for several projects around the house, 2 ceilings, 2 room remodel, painting, etc. No sign of wear except for the dust, paint and drywall compound stains. Saves a lot of time compared to going up and down a step ladder and constantly moving it.
Only wished it had a shelf for tools."

Well worth the money
Date:October 23, 2010
"This product has replaced a ladder for so many jobs that I now find it indispensable.
There are two steel platforms, 8.5" wide by 48" long that can be positioned in any of the four positions which are spaced 12" apart to a maximum height of 48" off the ground.
Each of the four wheels can be locked in position although they will still slide on a smooth surface such as a concrete basement floor. I found that leaving the two rear wheels unlocked allows you to move the scaffold easily by tilting it slightly backwards (to lift the weight off the two locked front wheels).
The overall construction is very sturdy although it is not completely stable when in use and tends to wobble just a little where the castors are inserted into the tubular steel frame. The wobble is not serious, just a little disconcerting at first.
Set-up was simple but the steel platforms are fairly heavy and having two people to carry the box might be a good idea.
This product has saved me so much time when compared to a ladder and the wide platforms are much more comfortable to stand on. I have also used it as an extra work surface and a sawhorse."

Absolutely fantastic
Date:September 9, 2010
"Wow, this was like the best purchase ever. First, it is a breeze to setup because the back brace is already attached. Second, it is very stable but is compact enough to maneuver where you need it. I purchased one to drywall a ceiling and I couldn't stop thinking about how many millions of trips up and down a ladder this scaffold saved me by being able to walk side-to-side across the plank. I also found a novel way of using the locking casters - I locked only the two at the front and left the back ones freewheeling, so to move to a new spot, I'd just lift the front and roll it on the back wheels - no fumbling with the caster locks themselves (valuable time saver when needing to move the scaffold as many times as I did, though the manufacturer would probably frown at this recommendation). Usually Canadian Tire reviews say something to the effect of "good value when on sale" - I would say that this scaffold would be excellent value at twice the price!"

Handy
Date:June 4, 2008
"I purchased this device to help for some home improvement projects (drywall and paint repairs on ceilings and walls). It really came in handy to extend your range horizontally and vertically without having to repeatedly get on and off ladders. Also easily portable from room to room with minimal setup required. I was impressed and although just purchased, it seems well built and durable."

Very handy unit!
Date:April 10, 2008
"Catch this unit at a sale price and you won't be disappointed. I've used it as a ladder for washing windows and mounting an exterior garage light. It makes a great work bench in the garage and cool seating during 'feasibility studies' in the shop. It collapses small for moving to different sites. Sturdy too; it doesn't feel 'wobbly' like some ladders."

Disappointed
Date:April 8, 2008
"The ad for this scaffold said it would extend your reach by 10'. But when I saw the scaffold it really only elevates you 3', not 10'. I bought it anyways as it will help with a few projects."

Awesome Invention
Date:August 11, 2007
"This scaffold has to be the best invention yet for anyone with limited space. It works as a scaffold, a high stool, small ladder and an adjustable sawhorse - or two. It can be easily used in small spaces (it folds flatter than some TV tables) or set up outside for big jobs, like trimming tree trunks. The wheels are the best possible design for this size scaffold. Small enough for those small spaces, large enough for the weight of an adult man. Excellent design, compact size."
