"We purchased this shed on sale for 799.95 last april 2012. Its a great value for the size 8x10. There is lots of room. It took a very long time to assemble, and some of the plugs on the roof did not hold. It leaked so we had to silicone those plugs. Roof is kind of flimsy. We bought it for our trailer in Goderich and the last wind and ice storm(april 4th 2013) tore out 2 of the panels. One on the the window side near the back and the other beside the door. we did retrieve them but one had a few chunks out of it . Hopefully we can replace the broken one."

Did not pass the test of Winter.

"Bought the shed on sale in May/12. It went together as the other reviewers have indicated. I poured a concrete slab to support the rather flimsy floor framework.The wall panels fit in slots to allow for expansion / contraction with various tempertature changes During the winter the panels contracted and were not imbedded far enough into the slots. They blew out on a windy day and pieces broke off them. We replaced them but now have gaping holes where the pieces are missing.Looks terrible and the shed is no longer secure. If the panels are attached with glue or screws, they will not be able to expand / contract and will bulge out in warmer weather. I have no solution other then to replace the panels and hope for the best,"

Alot more sturdy then i thought it would be!

"Bought this Shed on sale , needed more storage , looked at diffrent shed's of same size for alot more money and decided to buy this one , it's 10.5' wide x 8' deep , can walk in standing straight up, Door opening is 60" wide nice for getting bigger stuff in and out! Just follow all instruction's step by step and it goes together pretty good , just watch all your part's as you assemble where all the hole's are supposed to be , As you build this shed it get's stronger with each step , When it was done with the roof panel's on it become's really sturdy ,when you get the floor cut and installed it makes it stronger than it look's with the thin metal foundation kit , Will take two people to assemble took Us around 6-7 hour's to assemble with Break's , So in the end i was impressed with how solid this shed became , how durable it will be i don't know , Door's are the only thing that i thought were a little flimsy ,other than that i really like this shed , look's good ! Maintenance free!"

Great Buy !!

"Bought it on sale . This shed did take longer than instructions said to put together. Same as many others found.
The floor 'foundation' is pretty thin metal and needs to be supported if you are putting 3/4 plywood down. The roof went up easily but as other reviewers mention don't know how it will hold up for the winter.
Big plus is I love the way it looks ! Very cute and Is 100% improvement over the metal or wooden sheds that are available. Also no maintenance !!"

Some Good points,Some Bad points

"Bought this shed this week on sale 20% off reg price,The price is not too bad for an 8x10 but the foundation system for the floor is to be desired !!! it is pretty flimsy aluminium,your ground would have to be perfectly level to use it they way it is designed,I built a wooden foundation and floor myself witch cost extra above the price of the shed.The shed is pretty easy to go together and the instructions are really good if you follow the detail but you need 2 people for sure or 3 would be the best option. It took me and my wife 7-8 hours to complete and we are both pretty handy so allow a full day.All and all the shed looks great now I just have to wait for it to rain or a winter stor to see if it is tight."

"I recently purchased this shed because I needed more storage. I had read the reviews and it seemed like this thing would be fairly simple to build. First thing I noticed it the foundation package is made from the thinnest tin ever which bends easily and it very sharp WEAR GLOVES and dont attempt to move it until its completely finished. When they say 4 hours, think 8 and it is absolutely impossible to do by yourself which I intended. The roof is cheaply fixed with plastic pin plugs, I'm not sure if it will stand up to the wind. Good news most of the small items were shipped in excess. As the title states one time buy only as the price did not meet the expectation."

A great shed with some hesitation

"We bought this shed on sale in April and put it together last weekend. We built a wood deck to install it on since we have a wet area in our backyard. The size and price are great but the 4-5 hours it says to put this together should be doubled. There are many parts that need to be put together to make one single part so that takes some time. Once you get the hang of it, the installation goes faster. Lining up the roof with the holes was a bit of a problem and we took the advice in the instructions and added silicone over the plugs (a very good idea) since it is now water-tight. The roof panels feel a bit flimsy and the supports that some with it (the last step in the manual) are odd and just rest in place. Despite these comments, the shed looks great and is quite sturdy once all the sections are installed and tightened. I'd give this a 9 out of 10. Looks great, seem strong but took a lot longer than expected."

"I recently purchased this shed and hired a contractor to build a concrete base. As the shed was 8 x 10, I suggested the base be 10 x 10. Well, the shed is not 8 x 10. It's 8 x 10 ft and 4 inches. Needless to say the contractor needed to come back once more to add an extra foot to the base.
If a shed is said to be 8 x 10 then it should be 8 x 10 not 10.4"

Nice Product and great price

"I bought this product about two weeks ago when it was on ad. A great value when you compare to the stuff I saw at Rona and Depot. At first I was a bit hesitant as there was no actual display and the unit they had on display was a smaller one.
Im glad I bought this shed it looks real good, seems pretty sturdy but only time will tell. The only issue I had was it took a bit longer than I expected to install. Overall it took me and my wife around 6 hours with breaks in between but the manual was quite helpful.
Overall very happy so far with the whole experience and highly recommend"

I reviewed it on the Net and decided to buy it-$903.99 with taxes (it was a special that week).
Took us (me and my 13year old daughter) 12hrs to assembly, would be less if not for a windy 1st day forcing us to reinforce the structure in its early stages of erecting.
Very good step-by-step instruction (we managed to make some mistakes though) , everything, but the roofing, fit perfectly.
So it's up now looking pleasing to the eye and helped to unclutter the garage.
Highly recommended.
