"We don't ever get any snow here on Vancouver Island, but this light duty plastic shovel also works great on the piles of flowering plum tree petals that pile up around the front of our house in March-April. Lightweight but durable!"

"This doesn't look like much, but is reliable; unlike most of those collapsible ones. Not too short either, but still fits sideways in the trunk or hatch sideways in a compact."
