Great Axe
Date:March 2, 2013
"I thought this axe would be low quality due to its price, but it actually surprised me. It sharpens up very well and it isn't as heavy as it looks. It works well for backpacking at 24 inches and only 2 1/4 lbs. My only gripe is the geometry of the handle and that it is made of ash. Eventually it will break giving the perfect opportunity to correct the handle and change to hickory."

Great axe.
Date:February 11, 2012
"I have had this axe for over 3 years and be fore that my dad had it for who knows how long and it has stood up to some beating. I've had it since I was 10 and only sharpend it a couple of times, I have split wood and kindling.chopped down trees, chopped through ice and much more and it's just great. You can use one or two handed its great for you or a kid because Its so light but heavy enough to get the job done."

Handy Axe
Date:October 30, 2007
"I bought this axe for small jobs around the yard, but I have even used it to split a few logs. It is well balanced and comfortable in your hands."
