These paks last, avoid the newer red/black paks

"This battery pak was included with a black Jobmate 12v drill I purchased over three year ago. It keeps a charge over months and fully recharges unlike the newer red/black 18v paks I got with a 4-tool combo kit I purchased last summer. Those Jobmate 18v paks are toast even though they were used side-by-side with this older black pak."
