"we were looking to replace our wired in lights and were concerned about brightness. Although they may seem more expensive, the light they produce and pure" whiteness" is fantastic.Also the glass part is actually glass not plastic so will not yellow over the years. They do not come on until it is a little darker out, which is fine, but we are very satisfied in hindsite of not buying the less expensive 6-8 pack single bulb solar lights. Thats our take for what its worth"
