"If you are looking to water proof a deck or wooden patio furniture this product is a great solution. Earlier in the spring I apply 2-3 coats and then another coat half way through the summer. This product gets absorbed by the wood very quickly and does not leave that sticky residue sometimes resulting from other products."

"I first used the Olympic Outdoor Deck Cleaner to bring my deck back to new condition, then used the sealer. It was easy to use and looks great."
