Totally Worth the $

"I had not intended on spending this much $ on a vacuum but we recieved gift cards for our wedding and I decided to put them to good use... and I am REALLY glad that I did. This vacuum is by far the best vacuum I have ever had. With a cat and a dog, this vacuum keeps my house clean top to bottom. It's easy to use, has great suction, and has taken things out of my carpet after I had just vacuumed with my old vacuum, which I previously thought did a good job. I recommend this vacuum to everyone!"

I love Dyson

"I didn't want to spend more than $300.00 on a vacuum, because my house is all carpet, I need a great vacuum. I did a lot of research and ended up buying and returning 5 vacuums!! Tried the dirt devil, Bissell, 2 hoovers and the infinity pet. Maybe I was incredibly unlucky - but each of the above had a major problem; from suction to trying to clean the units. I finally said the heck with the $300.00 budget, and bought the Dyson Canister. All I have to say is: If you want a clean house - get a Dyson! It picked up stuff all the others left behind - and believe me, I thought my carpets were super clean! I love my Dyson."

Good Purchase

"Had for over two years now. Use it to vacuum my carpet in condo at least once a week. WOW works great, you will see all that it picks up, via clear collection canister. Easy to clean and quite easy to store away. The entire unit quite heavy if you have to lift and carry, so if you have to do so, START doing arm curls. Very good product."

"Perfect Vacuum to have . Price is little high but its worth . 5 attachments makes it easy .. Very handy and easy to Store... looks like something from Alien world.................. i liked it just bought yesterday and kinda bad as this will make u feel like cleaning :("

"The Dyson DC21 is the first product I've Bought in a long time that hasn't left me thinking why did I spend my money on this. It may be alot of money for a vacuum but it's worth every penny. The root cyclone technology is amazing, it keeps all the dust and everything right in the dust bin nothing seems to even reach the filter. The only downfall is the large wand and tools that don't lock in well. But when equiped with the motorized brush head,look out dust bunnies. This thing pulled out dust from carpets just vacuumed with a shark pursuit bagless upright. Good job Mr. Dyson thanks for an EXCELLENT product"

"I bought this after I lost it with my filter queen for the last time! Tho not significantly less cumbersome than the FQ, it stores easier and has greater power and doesn't need special filters.
Only thing they may think to improve is that awkward hose and telescoping wand. Not great for small areas like the car."

Believe the hype

"I bought this vacuum out of necessity. I had encountered some bed bugs in my apartment because of my neighbour, and didn't want to rely on my upright Dirt Devil to get all the possible bugs out of my mattress. The Dyson picked up a lot of dirt that my Dirt Devil did not, it was even picking up particles from beneath my baseboards. My carpet looked cleaner and I had a much easier time getting around my apartment and vacuuming tight spots. I felt like I was using a central vac. It was a pleasurable experience that I actually look forward to now. I'm enjoying using the vacuum because I feel confident it's doing the job right, and I don't have to repeat any tasks."

Powerful and efficient !!!

"I bought this vacuum after having had a Filter Queen which after a while did lose suction. This one is WAY MORE powerful and worth every penny. The hepa filter actually helps clean up the air in the rooms I am vacuuming which is a plus.
The only thing I do not particularly like in this vacuum is the width of its hose. If one needs to get into small spaces it tends to come in the way. Otherwise this vacuum is WORTH EVERY PENNY. I heard a lot about it and was confident that it would do the job when I purchased it. And it does!!!"

Look No Further...

"After having done a lot of research on vacuums, I bit the expensive bullet and bought the Dyson. I think the clincher was when I called Sears asking about the Kenmores and the representative told me that I should buy a Dyson! The real test for us was vacuuming our baby son's carpet, the amount of visible dirt and dust that the Dyson sucked out of it was remarkable ( and disgusting to boot)! I had only vacuumed two days prior with my highly rated Hoover canister. Pricey, yes, but the Dyson is worth every penny... no bags ever again AND a washable filter, brilliant!"

"I have had this vacuum for about 4 months and it is the best vacuum I have ever owned. The quality and performance is on par with what I would expect from the asking price. I would not hesitate to recomend this vacuum to anyone especially if you have pets or kids."

"We bought our Dyson after reading about it and getting personal recommendations from friends who had one. It was a great purchase. We have 2 long-haired cats and it cleans up their fur, etc with ease. I was also surprised at how much fine dust it gets out of your furniture. We also love that it's bagless and easy to clean, and that it tucks away in a small space for storage. Would recommend to anyone, but esp. those with pets and those who have allergies. The attachments that come with it are also very useful."

"This vacuum cleaner is incredible. It will suck up any kind of pet hair and is awesome for allergy sufferers. If you have carpets in your home, this appliance is simply a must; It will clear any "stuff" that's lingering about and will bring out the color of the material (if any) as if it had been professionally cleaned!
A tad bit pricey, but you'll understand why the second you start using it. It's worth every penny."

"I heard alot about it, and even watched the commercials. But I always wanted to wait for a sale. I eventually caved in and purchased regular price, and I must say that the Dyson vacuum is the best! I always brag to my friends about it; I must be crazy because its only a vacuum. But seriously, I think its worth every dollar.
Only disadvantage I can think of is that the electrical cord isn't as long as my old upright vacuum (that died last month)."

"We love this vacuum in our house. It has excellent sucking power and doesn't spit it our the back end either as so many vacuums do.
It is easy to empty and great for allergy suferers.
Only problem I have with it is that it doesn't move around furniture very well. This could be fixed by the manufacturer moving the hose attachment to the centre instead of off to one side.
Another thing they could do is to use the ball under it so it can turn on a dime like their new upright vacuum does."

"We bought our Dyson a month ago after listening to four different friends rave about theirs and we have been thrilled with the job it does. We have cats and even cat hair is a thing of the past. The suction is extraordinary and the easy with which the DC21 is taken upstairs and down and into small spaces is excellent. We resisted buying originally because of the price but realize now we had spent thst much and more on a collection of other vacuums that did a terrible job - it's cost efficient in the end."

"We purchased this vacuum to replace 2 old, aging vacuums - one upright, one canister. We cleaned the carpets thoroughly, used new bags, the whole 9 yards. Then we fired up this baby. You'd think the carpets had never been cleaned before! It's easy to use, the angled accessories make getting in tight to corners easy, and it adjusts for both our heights - he's tall, I'm not... compact storage, light, easy to use. Bin removes for easy emptying. HEPA filter makes cleaning easier. especially where allergens are concerned.Who could ask for more? Even that cat has fun with it - she chases it! Never went near either of the other two we had, so the motor is quieter, too.. Seems pricy, but well worth the purchase price."
