Lagostina goes Wok

"To me it feels like a wok but better. Lagostina is a brand I rely on to cook to a perfection. I use a wooden spoon and mix all my ingredients in it. Cooking on high heat won't harm it. I wash it with liquid detergent (never in the dishwasher) I like it very much."

best non-stick wok ever

"This is the best non-stick wok I could ever buy in 30 years. It provides even heat for stir frying, exceptional handling (to flip the food, e.g.), only slightly marked after 6 months of daily use. Grap a few when it is on sale (I got 3 more on the post-Christmas sale).
The best one I got before lasted for maximum 8 months only."

"this is by far the best pan I have ever had the pleasure of owning and /or using.
A very comfortable pan to have. Goes in the oven and cooks everything in the pan so even.
To clean it, is a breeze. Just wet a paper towel and wipe it out. Lagostina is an excellent maker of pots and pans and I fully intend to purchase a complete set of pots and pans very soon.
