"I bought this to clean my travel trailer toilet, and it worked great. The flexible hose has a steel coil inside it, which makes it quite flexible, yet rigid enough to poke through any clogs (ie. toddlers jamming rolls of TP down the hole).
It's quite easy to use and has a shutoff valve located near the handle. You can easily hook this up to any hose bib to flush your sewer system out. The spray nozzle at the end rotates to thoroughly clean the entire holding tank.
The only downside to this device is that you should be prepared to run a substantial amount of hose from the water source to inside your travel trailer. Even if you're using an RV dumping site with a water supply, you will likely need a 20-30' hose to get inside your trailer."
