Works well, worth the money, could be stronger
Date:April 14, 2009
"This takes a while to get warm, I.E. left over pizza takes about 30-40 mins for it to be hot, but it's better then cold sandwiches. Build quality is ok, I broke the handle, and the pins that the front clasp pivot on fell out and I lost them. With 10 mins I used a little wire and it works fine again. I also put on a new handle. I would definitely recommend this, and if you are stopped working somewhere (I'm an electrician) instead of leaving your truck running to keep heating this, use an old computer power supply and turn it into a 12v DC power converter. That way use it in truck and indoors."

takes a while but does the job over time
Date:July 24, 2008
"I bought one of these based on the reviews and due to wanting some warm food while trucking. I found it takes along time to get warm, but does eventually warm the food quite well. One bad thing is that the engine needs to be running for this to work, and depending on what you are making, could lead to spills if driving while it is on. But it did allow me to have warm soups and other canned items, saving me some money. If they could get this to work with the engine off, or make it less prone to spilling through the crack, it would be ideal."

"This is not super fast so you want to drive at least a half hour to get warmed up but then it does just great and the food is warm to hot depending on what you're having."

Great product
Date:April 11, 2008
"This is a great product! Good for someone who drives around in a vehicle all day for work. It doesn't hold a huge amount of food but just enough to give your lunch some variety. No need to have cold sandwiches every day anymore!"
