Quite Adequate... almost a must to have!

"This is the first automotive GPS I have owned and I'm quite impressed. It's easy to use. Get's me where I want to go and speaks to me to remind me of a turn. Tells me my current speed and the posted speed of the road I'm traveling. Tells me the lane I'm suppose to be in to make my turn on a multi lane Hwy. Shows gas stations on route. And there are more features I have yet to explore.More useful than I thought it would be. Takes a lot of guess work out of planning your excursion. Only "neg" is the map updates seem expensive all at once ($87 for the latest version + 4 quarterly updates for the year) , though I have seen no need for them yet as it has got me to the places I've wanted to go with the map version it came with. It is not a waste of money even if it isn't on sale though that is the way to buy it!!!"
