Recommended wiper purchase

"Pros: 1) I found this wiper looks esthetically pleasing.
2) It was easy to install with good instructions for various types of vehicle wiper arms.
3) It does an excellent job of clearing the windshield of rain and snow.
4) It is a very simple design, and since it doesn't have numerous support mechanisms snow does not get lodged in the wiper.
5) I think it is a great wiper for winter and summer use.

Complete garbage

"These blades are the worst I've ever owned. The streak free claim is a complete fabrication. On top of filling my windshield with streaks, the easy-on connectors are also easy-off connectors. I have to constantly monitor them to ensure that they haven't once again loosened. I know one day I'll forget, they'll fly off and I'll finally be rid of these pieces of garbage."

"Find they are working a little better - must take off the protective plastic cover over the blade - but still misses about a 6" swath on the passenger side. Using on a full sized Chev. pickup."

"After reviewing some of the other reviews online, I decided to try these blades. I had them on my car for about two weeks and so far they work great. I don't know why some of the other reviews aren't as good. Maybe they work better on some cars than others. Also, they work much better once I took off the plastic protective strips on the blade as the instructions said."

Awful wiper blades!

"We bought these on a rainy night 200km from home because our old wipers were shot. We threw out the packaging and got on the highway to drive home. We drove the whole way with about 50% visibility. These wipers didn't clean most of the windshield and the parts that did get wiped were completely streaky. We tried everything, stopped at a gas station to try to clean the goo off that they tell you to put on the glass first, that didn't help at all. I was hoping they'd get better but 2 weeks later they're still awful. We have an 07 Civic and they don't seem to conform to the curve of the glass at all."

These are VERY noisy wipers

"It just goes to show that even big companies can make mistakes, and that sometimes, you don't get what you pay for.
I installed these wipers exactly as stated on the box. I made sure to clean the windshield with the enclosed alcohol wipe in dry conditions.
The result is the loudest, most annoying wiper I've ever owned. They screech and jump as they wipe, and even leave streaks behind.
The other people here aren't lying when they say that other wipers at half the cost perform far better than these overpriced pieces of junk.
Don't try calling Armor All's Customer Service line either; You just get an answering machine."

"The wipers are easy to replace on your own. Anyone can install them. the don't leave the streaks that regular wipers do. Being new, I can't say much about the quality as of yet."

Cheap Wiper Fluid Could Be The Problem?!

"I bought a set of these Armor All Wipers and I must say they are a HUGE improvement over the Reflex line of wipers.I did have to exchange one wiper for a lack of proper wiping but there's one thing a lot of people are overlooking.Before you blame the wiper take a look at what kind of washer fluid you are using.If you're buying the cheapest windshield fluid you can find then maybe the wipers aren't the problem? I personally don't mind spending the extra couple of bucks and getting a premium wiper fluid.I faithfully swear by CT's 'NASCAR Advantage All-Season Washer Fluid with De-Icer'(Product #29-4169-0).So long story short...before you blame the wipers make sure you aren't using a cheap wiper fluid cuz I've always had success with a premium wiper fluid and a top of the line wipers such as these Armor All wipers."

Not worth the money

"Bought these after returning my Reflex wiper blades and these are the exact same thing as Reflex wiper blades. I brought these back, too. As with the Reflex wipers they don't clean anything off the windshield unless there's absolutely no ice/frost. My friend bought some too and after 2 months they barely clean the windshield anymore. Would recommend buying a pair of wipers with a frame."

"These wipers are excellent - arguably the best I've ever used over the past 20 years. Does exactly what it says. I'm fitting all my cars with these blades. Just make sure you don;t accidently throw out the pre-treatment wipe!"

Less than thrilled, wipers returned for refund

"Purchased: 22A and 17A blades for Chevy Cobalt LT 2006
The blades jitter and produce obnoxious scratching noise!
Replaced with RainX - these work very smoothly, wipe without streaks.
Special thanks to Canadian Tire customer service staff in Coquitlam, BC for their help and courtesy."

"I recently purchased this wiper blade and have been very pleased with it so far. I saw negative reviews on here, but I haven't had any of those problems. So far the blade seems to be a quality blade and has worked well. I'm only giving it four stars because I'm waiting to see how it lasts after a few months."

waste of money

"I just got these the other day and I have a major streak in the line of site on the drivers side and at least 6" at the top of the passenger side that doesn't even get cleaned...I tired readjusting the wiper arms but nothing I did made any difference...Definitely a big waste of money and the packaging is such that you have to destroy it to get the wiper out making it hard to return…I went back and got the Teflon winter ones and they worked great…no streaks at all…"

"I like these blades minus the streak they leave on my windshield unless I'm traveling faster than 80km/hr. Driver side leaves a streak right in my line of sight, other side leaves a big missed spot along the top edge of the blade.
Not worth the money. Wish I had read these reviews before buying them."

Better Blade

"It's really hard to find a good wiper blade, but this wiper blade is pretty good for the money. We bought this blade last week and so far it's standing up to the test of Northern Alberta winters."
