A good tire for the price.

Date:December 22, 2010
"I replaced a set of Long Trail radials on my truck that had 90,000 kms on them. They still had plenty of tread but the sidewalls were cracking. I noticed the new tires handled much better in the snow so maybe the tread wasn't as good as I thought it was. These tires make the truck very responsive and there is virtually no road noise. The only complaint I have is that the price is about $60 less per tire in the US. You'd think with our money near par, there'd be a better deal at CT."

Excellent tire

Date:September 10, 2008
"I bought a set of BFGoodrich Radial Long Trail T/A tires for my 1998 Explorer. I have to say that they are as good as the very more expensive brand that they replaced. Road grip is high even on unpaved roads. The road noise is low (for this type of tire). It's a solid tire, but not to the point of being a hard ride. And I can't complain about the price! I rotate these tires with a set of winter tires, so I expect to have them on the truck for a long, long time. When they wear out (which won't be for a long time since they aren't showing any wear yet) I will look for another set of the same."

Great Quality!!

"I bought these tire for my 1991 Chevy S10 Blazer 4WD, I had them for 5000k they were great tires for the price, even for all the offroading I did with them they were actually pretty good for just an all terrain. But these are definitly not a Mud Terrain si I traded for some more aggressive tires. The tires were spotless for the time I had them. Great Product from BFG as usual."

"I replaced the original Goodyears on my Jeep and wow what a difference, ride , traction and noise. I will definitely choose them again when my current ones wear out. Prices were very reasonable too. A quality investment."

Great tire for the price!

Date:February 18, 2008
"I've had these tires installed just over a year and they've proven to be very durable. I rotate every 10,000kms (free of charge at CT). They were 1/3 less than four Michelin Cross Terrain SUV tires. The BFG Long Trail TA's are rated with the same mileage but lower speed rating (190km/h vs 210km/h for the Michelin tires). I ordered them in the P275/60R17 size for my Durango R/T and they handle great in the dry and wet, very little hydroplaning even on puddles that consume four lanes of traffic. Snow traction is reasonable for the tread aggressiveness. I had the tires mounted black side wall out where the tire tread is more aggressive with cornering sipes. Tread depth is still good after driving 20K on these tires! I recommend these tires for a daily driver for folks who rarely disobey the local traffic laws."

"I've had T/A's on my Dakota for 4 years and I'm very happy with the tread wear, mileage and highway performance. They get beat up a bit on gravel, but you'd really need an LT truck tire for that.
They aren't quite as durable as the Michelin XC LT4's I also run but on sale at CT the BFGoodrich T/A was half the price of the Michelin.
